Tantric Yoga

Sink into a luxurious 2-hour tantric yoga journey, where slow, intentional movement meets deep connection. This experience weaves together partner exercises, gentle asana, ritual, and somatic practices. Tantric yoga invites your body to ease into each pose at its own pace. It issimple to learn, yet rich enough to explore for a lifetime.

Healing through Art

In this intimate, 2-hour workshop, we’ll navigate your grief using color and texture to give shape to the landscape of loss. Using acrylic paint, collage, and journaling (guided by the Art4Healing Method) we’ll hold space for your grief and invite emotional healing through creative expression. No previous art experience necessary. Just come with your heart, your hands, openness, and courage to see what comes up.

Grief and Healing Session

Losing a loved one can be an overwhelming experience. In our sessions, we offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can process your grief, allowing it to unfold in its own time and in its own way without fear of judgment. Together, we’ll help you find your way through the loneliness of grief and move forward by remembering and honoring your loved one. Our focus isn’t on “fixing” the pain, but on holding it with you, creating space for healing, and helping you integrate grief into your broader life journey—one that, with time, can lead you toward peace. 1hr session/s.

Plant Medicine Facilitation

We offer a variety of plant medicines mindfully selected to support your journey.  They include kava, cacao, blue lotus, and more. Each experience is tailored specifically to you and held in a safe, grounded, and supportive space.
